Are all Heine otoscope heads and handles interchangeable?

  • No, they are not.  There are 2 versions of handles, AV and TL.  We carry primarily the TL (twist lock) versions because they are interchangeable with Welch Allyn/Hillrom otoscope heads and handles. The otoscope head connection will determine which handle is needed. To find out which model of head you have, look for the model number listed.  If unable to locate the model number, check the head connection.
