These are CUSTOM PRINTED BATTERY CADDIES with your practice info imprinted on each caddie!

  • Holds hearing aid batteries or pills 
  • Key clip closure so chains are not needed
  • "Good Health Caddie" printed on side of case
  • Battery divider comes separate - must be assembled
  • Custom imprint is limited:
    • 3 lines
    • 17 characters per line (imprint will appear centered)
    • Printable dimensions:  1 3⁄16W x 9⁄16H
  • Custom battery imprint information will be entered during the checkout process
  • Black or blue ink (ANY other color requested will incur $15.00 charge per color.  Note: if printing another color, please provide the PMS color code you wish to use)
  • Printing caddies in multiple colors will also incur a $60.00 charge per color run
  • For non-custom caddies, see item# 125 and 125D
  • Logo file requirements:  Hi-Res .pdf, .tiff, .bmp,.eps, or .ai
